Can I join if I'm not a student? ๐
Yes, absolutely! ๐ You don't need to be a student to join our trips. While most of our participants are students, everyone is welcome! ๐
Our trips are open to anyone between 3 and 55 years old. ๐จโ๐ฉโ๐งโ๐ฆ If someone older than 55 wants to join, they just need a younger companion with them for the whole trip! ๐
We'd love to have you along for the adventure! ๐โจ
Why do you need my personal information? ๐
We totally understand your concern! ๐ Here's why we ask for your details:
- Contact info (email, phone number, etc.) โ So we can easily reach you before and after the trip if needed. ๐ฑโ๏ธ
- Personal details (date of birth, place of birth, etc.) โ These are required by hotels, hostels, and border crossings for official purposes. ๐จ๐
Your information is only used to make your trip as smooth as possible! ๐โจ
When is the last day of payment? ๐ณ
There's no fixed deadline to register, but here are a few things to keep in mind! ๐
- โฐ Pay at least 5 days before the trip โ Payments made later than that won't be processed in time, so your spot won't be guaranteed.
- ๐ฅ Spots fill up fast! โ Trips are usually fully booked within the first 2 weeks after we announce them, so we recommend registering early!
Don't wait too long โ grab your spot before it's gone! ๐โจ
Can my friends and I be on the same bus? ๐
Great that you're joining with friends! ๐ Here's what you need to know:
- ๐๏ธ Same departure city โ If you and your friends are traveling from the same city, you'll most likely be on the same bus!
- โ ๏ธ No guarantees โ While we can't officially guarantee this, we'll do our best to make it happen when possible! ๐
Our advice? Register together and from the same city to maximize your chances! ๐โจ
Is there a payment deadline after registration? โณ
Yes! Once you register, you have 5 days to complete your payment. ๐ณ Make sure not to miss this window to secure your spot!
What if the bus is full by the time I pay? ๐
Don't worry! If all seats are taken by the time your payment reaches us, you'll receive a full refund within 7 days. ๐ฐโ
To avoid any complications, we strongly recommend registering and paying as early as possible โ spots go fast! ๐ฅ๐โจ
Will I receive a confirmation after payment? ๐ง
Yes! Here's how it works depending on your payment method:
- ๐ณ Credit Card, PayPal & Sofort โ These payments are processed quickly! As soon as we see your payment, we'll send you a confirmation email right away. โก
- ๐ฆ Bank Transfer โ These can take up to 3 days to process. Once the transfer is visible in our account, we'll send your confirmation email straight away! โ
If you haven't received a confirmation after these timeframes, feel free to reach out to us! ๐๐ฉ
Can I pay for others from my bank account? ๐ณ
Yes, absolutely! ๐ You can pay for multiple people in one transaction โ no problem at all!
The only thing to keep in mind is that each participant must include their own personal information in the transaction details. ๐โ

Post Booking FAQs
I didn't receive a confirmation email after my payment. What should I do? ๐ง
Don't panic! ๐ Bank transfers can take a few days to process. Please check both your inbox and spam folder just in case.
We'll send your confirmation email as soon as we receive your payment. If the transfer period has passed and you still haven't heard from us, please contact us immediately! ๐ฉ
Can I change my departure city after registration? ๐
Yes, you can! There is an additional fee of โฌ10 to make this change. ๐ถ
Can I sell my ticket to someone else? ๐๏ธ
Yes, you can! Here's what you need to do:
- ๐ถ Pay an additional โฌ10 transfer fee
- ๐ The new participant must share their personal information with us to be accepted on the bus
I can't attend the trip. How do I cancel and get a refund? โ๐ฐ

Departure and Travel FAQs
What are the visa requirements to join the trips? ๐
You must carry the required travel documents at all times during the trip. A team member will check your documents before you board the bus. If any documents are missing, unfortunately you won't be able to join the trip. โ ๏ธ
Please note that only original documents are accepted โ no copies!
- ๐ช๐บ EU Nationals: Valid Passport or ID Card
- ๐ Other Nationalities: Valid Passport + Residence/Stay Permit (some nationalities don't need a visa for the Schengen area)
What is the baggage allowance? ๐งณ
You are allowed to bring 2 pieces of luggage in total:
- ๐ Hand baggage: Max. 40cm x 30cm x 10cm, up to 5kg
- ๐งณ Check-in baggage: Max. 55cm x 40cm x 20cm, up to 15kg (not accessible during the journey, only when hotel check in)
For a more comfortable trip, we recommend traveling with minimal luggage! ๐
Why do I have to pay an extra โฌ10 for hotel/hostel arrangements? ๐จ
This โฌ10 is a deposit, not an extra charge! ๐ถ It will be fully refunded as long as the hotel/hostel room is left in good condition. โ

How do I recognize the right bus? ๐
Our buses have our logo on them so they're easy to spot! If you have any trouble finding the bus, just give us a call on our company number and we'll help you out. ๐๐
Can I stay in a women-only room? ๐ฉ
Yes, absolutely! ๐ Just let us know in advance so we can arrange the accommodation accordingly. ๐
- Hotel rooms are allocated depending on gender. Females stay with females, males stay with males.
